Every three years, the Secretary of State publishes the regulations currently in effect. In the interim, the Secretary of State publishes annual supplements. The most recent official volume of the Kansas Administrative Regulations (KARs) was published in 2009. The Secretary of State has also published the official 2010 supplement. The KCC's regulations can be found at Chapter 82 in both volumes. The Commission may also have regulations that have not yet been published in the KARs or the annual supplement. These regulations can be found in the Kansas Register, the state's official newspaper published by the Secretary of State. Regulations published in the Kansas Register typically go into effect 15 days after being published and are subsequently incorporated into the annual supplements. |
