Microsoft Excel spreadsheet of the schedule (5.2 MB). This spreadsheet contains slightly more information than the "printed" Adobe Acrobat Schedule, but was created using the same view of the data. Also contains detailed production volume reported.

API Numbers - Eventually, we would like to use API numbers as the well identifier. If you have a data mapping of API to KCC Unit ID, please share it with us.
The Wichita State system had assigned operator numbers to each operator. Some of these operator numbers were identical to the KCC License Number, some were not. When the new system is in place all references to operator will be the KCC License Number.
Purchasers
Each purchaser had a number assigned, luckily they were the same between the two reports (Hugoton & Panoma), therefore, we have kept the same numbers.
Wells
Currently, each well has a unique Lease Code that was assigned by Wichita State (WSULeaseID).
We wanted to be able to quickly identify Hugoton wells from Panoma wells, so we added 100,000 to the WSULeaseID of a Hugoton well and 300,000 to the WSULeaseID of a Panoma well. For example, if a Hugoton well had a WSULeaseID of 45678, it becomes 145678. A Panoma well with a WSULeaseID of 654, becomes 300654. We believe this little trick also allows us to continue to load production reports using the WSU submittal format until we can redefine the production report format. These new numbers are listed under the column KCCLeaseID.
API Well Number
Review and correct any of the API numbers listed. Also provide API numbers that are missing in our data. If the well was drilled prior to 1967 and no API Well Number is available, enter the month and year the well was drilled.
Spot Location
The spreadsheet has a column for spot location; please provide any details such as quarter calls or footages.
Acres
Review and verify the acres associated with the well/unit. Refer to the draft order in section F.4 for further information regarding acreage.
Units
The order mentions two types of units. "Basic Acreage Unit" and "Alternate Track Unit".
Currently, all units are defined as "Basic Acreage Unit"
