KOLAR (Kansas On-Line Automated Reporting)
Mandatory On-Line Form-Filing
The Conservation Division of the KCC requires all operators to electronically file all forms that are available on KOLAR.
- Effective April 1, 2013, ALL operators are required to file ALL available forms through KOLAR.
- After the above date, paper submissions of forms that are available on KOLAR will no longer be accepted. Such form submissions will be sent back to the operator without being approved.
- Additional forms will become mandatory as they become available on KOLAR.
